Throughout his career, he had committed himself towards enhancing his knowledge of leadership principles through corporate training, from leading management institutions such as IIM Ahmedabad and Eicher Consultancy. He continuously upgrades himself through research and self help books . His experience with various customers and his well-developed expertise is a major force driving our training operations.

Ashok has done his Bachelors in Chemical Engineering from University of Pune followed by Business School graduation through distance learning and has recently added International diploma in teaching and training from City and Guilds, UK to his qualification. He also holds certificate of training from IIM-Ahmedabad, IMI-Delhi, APCTT-Delhi and Eicher Consultancy.
