Program Objective:
Our program objective is to build higher level of corporate image and sharpen managerial skills of students. Through our blend fun based learning, we prepare them to sail successfully through selection process i.e. through group discussions and personal interview by enhancing their levels of communication and interpersonal skills along with leadership and business etiquette skills as a value addition to corporate.

Interpersonal and Communication skill:
The overall objective is to develop students both verbal and non-verbal communication skills through a variety of activities from discussions to formal presentation.

Interview Skills and Group Discussions:
The objective is to prepare students to successfully sail through the selection process. Students undergo all types of G.Ds topics such abstract, factual and controversial. Then the PI’s conducted are based on variety of questions such as attitudinal, subject knowledge based stress, out of the box etc. so that students can crack the interviews.

Business And Social etiquettes:
Objective is to propel the students to world class status allowing them to increase their ability to work in global environment by communicating with more sensitivity, minimising language barriers there by tipping the scales in their favour.

Attitude of a professional Manager :
The objective is to develop the professional attitude of students by making him learn the language of assurance, empathy and assertiveness and to develop their winning attitudes as well.

Leadership:
The objective is to provide direction to students to lead and share power to develop followers, build teams and make the organisation successful with the help of team building and leadership games.
